Full Screen LivePreviews

Soon after releasing LivePreview 1.0, I became frustrated with it. I found the small LivePreview pane at the bottom of the entry screen extremely limiting (and from feedback I received, a lot of others did too). The next version of LivePreview features a full screen preview with a small bar at the top reedit or save the entry.

I've also created a short screencast to better highlight this new functionality.

Congratulations, Arvind! It's a wonderful plugin that should be part of the core functionality of Movable Type.
