I'm not sure why I've chosen the new version number to be 2.0 but none-the-less, the new version of Tabs is here. This new version boasts a new feature that will make multi-tasking easier. The "open links in sidebar" checkbox will open the MT manual (or WP Wiki) in the sidebar hence allowing you to edit your template in the main window whilst browse through the tags in the sidebar. Also this new version features a slick new CSS (with updates from Kasey) and javascript 'magic' thanks to Akmal. With 2.0, support for the Opera browser has also been added.

Any suggestions, feature requests, complaints etc. are always welcome. Please post those in the comments.

Hey Arvind, thanks for giving me a mention and a link to my site! How cool is that?!?

By the way, did you know that when you add MT Tabs to your sidebar it actually shows up as "MT Tags" instead of "MT Tabs" (note the 'g' versus the 'b')?

Yeah when it opens into the sidebar I want it to show up as "MT Tags" because that's what it is showing in the sidebar ;)

Very cool.

Suggestion: I noticed the date tag formats page was missing, so I pulled the .php and added a link to the Date Tage Formats page thus:

MTDate [formats]

...on the Misc tab page. Could obviously be added to a number of places, MTEntryDate, etc., but remembering it's on the Misc. tab as it is in the Misc. section of the manual seems enough.
